Starsky & Hutch - Little Girl Lost
In this special (early) Christmas episode, Starsky and Hutch are called to a robbery in progress. Turns out to be a girl who was stealing candy. So, they take her home to her run down apartment with empty booze bottles all over the place. She's waiting on her dad who is an ex-con. He never makes it home so Hutch takes her in.
